Take 5 Oil Change

I went there on a Tuesday for the first time - I had a $25 off coupon since it was my first time there. The gentleman came and gave me a water, which was really kind. He told me that I should come back on Friday (assuming what I needed done wasn’t urgent) because it was 50% off oil changes, and he told me the coupon that I had would stack with that promotion that day. I come back on Friday, the gentlemen who helped me that day was very nice. I was nervous because this was my first time going anywhere to get my oil changed, previously, my dad would do it for me. They did try to upsell quite a bit, which I understand, but it did make me feel a little bit uncomfortable. I’m not mechanically into cars, so some of the things they were telling me, I did not understand and I felt that they were possibly taking advantage of me. Finally, whenever it was time to check out, I was told that my coupon for $25 off would not stack with the 50% off promotion of the day, which was further upsetting. I did read that on the bottom of the coupon in the fine print, but I had taken what the gentleman had told me on Tuesday. I ended up paying over $117 for my “half off” oil change. Looking at the re

I came in today @6:45 and they had me out pretty quick!!! They were so kind they are above and beyond. On 07/28/22026 I had gotten my oils changed and asked to get my oil plug changed out and they ended up placing the wrong one in. This time they put the right Oil plug and they helped me with this weird noise my car was making it’s something simple fix when I was told it’s my transmission🌝 it’s a overall a great experience very satisfied!!!

I had a great experience! The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. My car was treated very well. When I got there, there was a long line, but I didn’t wait very long. I’ll definitely be back and I would recommend others needing the oil change to stop at Take 5 in Erie Pa!! Also, Michelle was absolutely wonderful!

I was immediately directed to pull into the bay and was greeted very warmly by an associate who handed me a nice cold bottle of water for while I waited. I could see everything they did to my car and they were all extremely polite and quite efficient. They even brought over the dipstick at the end so I could see I had a full tank of oil. I’d definitely use their services again.

Went through everything with me. Very thorough. Even gave me an ice cold water in this heat (when I wanted to give them one instead working out here). James was super friendly and helpful. They also do a ton of added services.
